我个人的建筑理想，是视一切为建构。这种建构使一个艺术家要有作为农民一样的定力，这种定力使一个艺术家的意识被深深地刻录在这块土地里，就像农民种的种子一样在大自然里生根发芽，开花到结果，从简单的维度向复杂的维度发展，生长出了房子、池塘、河流，园林景观，在自然环境里生长出了不同的镜像不同的空间。

真正的建构是从藏在心灵的深处折射出来的世界，真正自然是不加任何判断，这个世界也和自然同频，既可向内收缩，又可向外扩张。

My own architectural ideal is to see everything as construct. This kind of construct fosters an artist to remain still like a farmer. While this stillness imprints the artist’s consciousness deeply into this plot of land, houses, ponds, rivers, garden landscapes can start growing in the same way that a farmer’s seed starts by taking roots and grows in nature, from flowering to fruition, from simple to complex dimensions, producing different mirror reflections and spaces in this plot of land. 

The true construct is a world refracted from deep inside the heart, it shares the same frequency with nature, capable of contracting inwards as well as expanding outwards.
